Wheat has been the primary grain crop since the 18th century, and it is used to make white bread, pastries, spaghetti, and pizza. Wheat is an excellent source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals. It is not harmful to consume both refined and unrefined whole wheat, but whole wheat is healthier because all of the nutrients are preserved.
